What Could Small, Itchy Bumps On Elbows, Armpits And Inner Thighs Indicate?

I am experiencing very small itchy bumps that I can feel when I run my fingers over them , they are in concentrated areas such elbows , on the backs of my armpits and inner thighs , I do work in water with a uniform as I'm a swim teacher this seems to irritate it but I don't think it's the cause as I've had this job for a while and it's only recently happening.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The small, itchy bumps as mentioned in your post can be attributed to contact dermatitis or any fungal infection.

Application of ointment like Lobate GM (pharmacologically Clobetasol + Miconazole + Neomycin) will reduce the symptoms.
1. Clobetasol being a steroid will reduce the inflammatory process
2. Miconazole being an anti-fungal agent will take care of any fungus causing the symptoms
3. Neomycin being an anti-bacterial agent will prevent secondary bacterial infections.

In addition, keep the area dry & avoid too much exposure to water or sweat formation.

Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
