What Could Solid Mass On Cheek Suggest?

Hello.I have had a 1/2 inch to 1 inch size solid mass on my right cheek, beside my nose, for three days now. It throbs and is very painful. Sometimes it feels numb. It has no head or drainage. When i do touch it it feels round or ball shape. Help please!

helo n welcom. such growths need to be clinically examined n if approriate biopsy be done or growth excized as a whole. u need to see an ottorhinolarhyngologist. ie ENT doctor. meanwhile take acetaminophen for pain relief. the Ent doc may add antibiotics +- steroids +- antihistamines if appropriate. thanx...
