What Could Sore And Swollen Armpit And Shoulders With Changes In Breast Size Indicate?

Hello, I have noticed in the last couple of weeks my left breast is bigger than my right, also under my left armpit in sore and swollen and my shoulder is sore all on my left side. I am very worried, Could it be cancer?? I feel fine it s just very uncomfortable & worried, I have no sharp pains, sore when I touch them areas, Hope you can help

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the cancer, but swelling need to be ruled out if this is due to infection, abscess would be main concern, but some time it may not be anything related with any disease, as matter of fact clinical examination is advisable hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
