What Could Sore Knee Post Exercising With History Of ACL Repair Indicate?

I had an ACL repair approx. 10 years ago. I am now 52. Last week I went for my usual jog & the knee was sore, it feels sore inside. I ddnt go jogging today, as it doesn t feel right. I have taken anti-inflam & it seems slightly better. I do take USANA joint cartledge pills, over the counter pills from my physiotherapist. It is a dull ache which comes and goes, but I don t want to delay addressing it, as I do enjoy my running(7klm, 2-3 times a week). I went cycling yesterday and the ache was there then, but OK when I was walking around. I am not overweight, I eat well. Do I go to my GP or physio

General & Family Physician 's  Response
If pain is not very severe take pain killers like tablet dicloran and apply topical dicloran cream. Keep the joint warm and take rest. Give this therapy 1 week and if it doesn't resolve or meanwhile this therapy it starts hampering your life style than do consult your GP.
