What Could Sore Throat And Congestion Along With Diarrhoea And Vomitting Indicate?

Hi, I have been sick the past few days...began with a sore throat and sniffles, next day I was very congested (chalked those symptoms up to working in the cold weather plus my friend had a cold or something) after those 2 days of bearable symptoms I m vomiting along with diahrrea! My stomach is in so much pain and my head is pounding! I have all over body aches. I have sweats and chills and all these symptoms have now been going on for 3 days!! I checked my temp today because my dad was worried and it say 96...what could possibly be wrong with me?! Is this something that requires medical attention or should I tough this out? I feel like death. Please help!

dear all these symptoms suggest you have got viral infection involving upper respiratory tract and gastro intestinal tract .take tab paracetamol plenty of fluids stay home i mean take rest have lukewarm water ,electrolyte powder in water and consult the physician .Nothing t worry these are self limiting infections .
