What Could Spots Of Discoloration On Neck And Face Post Childbirth Indicate?

Hi, I m Tameka and I ve been getting lota on my skin on and off so Im abit worried.. I want it to go away completely. I ve given birth less than two months but during my pregnancy it was completely gone and i used nothing but now its spotting on my neck and faded spots on my face, I ve seen it worst on my skin when i was in my teens and i hated it, i really done want it to get back as worst as then... Please what can i do..... I m desperate..

Hi,

There is few regions for lota moreover its fungus [but can be autoimmune, viral rarely bacterial]
- Use Mycelex topical [topical cream 1%] apply over affected area q12hr for 7 days
- Recurrence can be prevented [use salads, fruits, vegetables in diet] and avoid avoid area near smoking, alcohol, caffeine, non-veg and do yoga, pranayam, exercise helps to increase immunity [you can join sukshm yoga like ombw art of living]. It can also be seen microscopically by smear of that area [for perfect diagnosis].
