Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Could Spots On Foreskin Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?
I had unprotected sex a few months ago. I about 3 weeks ago I noticed a few spots on the foreskin. I am not circumcised. There is no spots on the tip of my penis. Just a few on the outer foreskin. They appear white and somewhat dry almost scaly. No puss no itching, however my new girlfriend seems to think I have gave her an std. As she says her vagina has never had an odor until she started having seed with me. Could this be a fluke or have I possibly caught an std and passed it to my new gf.
The spots on foreskin post unprotected sex most likely indicates possible infection through sexually transmitted disease as Gonorrhea, Chlamydia or Herpes most likely. However, in my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I recommend a series of lab test of: @ HIV @ Venereal disease research lab test @ Swab test for skin spot @ Non treponemal antibody test or others as per the clinical need
There is strong possibility of passing an STD from your penis to your new partner most likely, who also needs evaluation and treatment.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
