What Could Stingy Vulva With Patches Suggest?
Lasr night when i woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, my vulva was extremely agitated and stingy after wiping, when i have looked tonight, there are some small black patches, i have recently had a uti, but that cleared up, and have had no problems since then

I think this irritation in your vulva is not related to urinary tract infection you have.
I think you may be having an std or genital infection.
You should be examined by a gynecologist.
