hi, my stomach is always bloated ans sometimes sore and tends to make strange noises iv been having thisproblem a few years now and iv been back ad forth to the doctors and they havnt beenable to help me.im only 21 and id say iv been having this problem since i am 17.
Soreness in the stomach means there is continuous inflammation in the stomach probably caused by an infection like h pylori or inflammation due to food or irritation due to food etcetera.
You need upper GI scope and blood investigation. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
