It has been ten days since severely hitting my fore head on the right side in a fall. I A black eye resulted but has cleared up measurably. I notice thtat when I come down a steep stairway and put weight on my left leg and foot I feel a jarringcontact on the right side of my heading impact. There is also a new sensation if I quickly turn my head. There are no ther symptoms,sight, nausea, imbalance etc. I have post polio syndrome my left leg having atrophied but muscle facility returned completely many years ago. However the leg hs been impaired for the last ten years and I am rather stff legged when coming down stairs. I do not have the sensation using the right leg. I am 88. The jarring sensation is new since the fall. Is this a common occurrence after a fall? I was not unconscious and recovered in five days from any of the obvious effects after stopping most activity and resting. I surmise the left side of the brain may have been slightly bruised . I will see a doctor internist in two days. I live in Mexico and there is no neurologist in my town. Thank you Eugene Ring
