What Could Strong Smelling Urine While Undergoing Dialysis Indicate?
hi for the last 2days my urine has a strong odour? im diabetic and do undergo dialysis 3 times a week for the past year now(waiting on transplant).... I still make urine but not as much s before. oh and I do eat asparagus soup but last time was 1 week ago and never had strong urine odor, like these pass 2 days.

It could indicate a change in function, concentrated urine, diet related, indication for conditions like diabetes, poor renal function (which is already present), and a host of other conditions. I would just recommend a minor and simple urine analysis and nothing more to look for abnormalities.
