What Could Stuffy, Dry Nose With Slight Redness Inside The Ear Of An Infant Indicate?

Hello doctors! My 8 months old son has what it seems to be a stuffy nose but at the same time it s dry...nothing is coming out of it with the use is salinewater or nose Frieda. It seems to be bothering him especially while breastfeeding and at night ( changes positions very often). He tries blowing air out of his nose. Notes: - Heater is used I m his room - He is teething - His ear is slightly red on the inside according to a doc who checked him He s been like this for about a month( since having a fever) Anything I can do to relieve him?
