Hi,

There can be various reasons for headaches and dizziness. It can be due to anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or electrolyte imbalance (abnormal salts in the body). Even stress and anxiety can also lead to such symptoms. Besides, it can be due to problems related to the neck (cervical disc disease), muscle strain, high blood pressure, diseases of ear (inflammation, nerve swelling, benign positional vertigo), or associated with abnormal posture while working or sleeping.

We also need to rule out problems related to the heart and lungs (difficulty in breathing, palpitations) or related to the brain (swelling or inflammation). I feel that first of all focus on your diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Take plenty of water, 2-3 liters per day. Maintain proper posture especially while sleeping or working on a computer. Be relaxed. Have a good night's sleep. Regularly monitor your BP.

I feel that since you are having blackouts with eye problems it is good to have some investigations done including a brain scan. You can go for investigations like complete blood count, FBS, TSH, X-ray of the neck, ECG and MRI of the brain( if not already done) This will give you a proper diagnosis. Also, it is always better to get the investigations done as soon as possible so that proper treatment can be started.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
