Welcome to HCM, I have gone through you query and understood your concerns, Im think that you are experiencing a common Xarelto side effect, this blood thinner can cause uncontrollable bleeding in some users, while you take Xarelto you are likely to
bruise more easily and it may take longer for bleeding stop, some side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention, this side effect may go away during treatment as your body adjust to the medicine, also your doctor may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce this bleeding, do not stop taking Xarelto without talking with your doctor first, stopping it increases yor risk of having a DVT or PE blood clot or stroke
I advice you be careful in your daily basis activities to avoid trauma, check your diet and if you are taking other medicine even
vitamins (may also interact with your blood thinner) avoid alcohol consumption, you might have to have your blood tested often, this helps your doctor decide how much medicine you need.
Please kindly rate if my advise has been helpful
Wishing you a good health
