What Could Sudden Spells Of Nausea, Vomiting And Heaviness In Chest Indicate?

Hi, I am a 54 year old healthy female. About 5 months ago I started with nausea and vomiting out of the blue. No diarrhea, all vital signs are good and no fever. This has happened about every 5or6 weeks since then. Any ideas as to what may cause this? I ve been admitted into the hospital twice for dehydration. I also have chest heaviness when these spells occur.

as u told ur symptom toward gastritis so u use antacid for some time .
if u take more spicy ,painkiller ,smoking alcohol plz avoid
