What Could Swelling And Stinging Pain During Urination From Vagina To Anal Area With Cyst Like Bump Mean?

Hi, I m 21 y/o female and I have been experiencing swelling in my labia minora as well as a red and swollen vaginal to anus area. It burns slightly when i urinate but it is an especially stinging pain on my vaginal to anus region. I also have a small cyst like bump with what looks to be a white head on my inner labia majora/outervaginal region. There has been a brownish discharge as well. Thanks for any insight.pun
