Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His symptoms are suggestive of an infection (tooth or sinus infection). For this reason, I recommend consulting with his attending physician for a physical exam, a sinus X-ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR). Consulting with his dentist may be needed too.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
