Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the primary complex , it is the symptoms of the tuberculosis.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an X ray chest and other tests for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, and multivitamins, and enzymes till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
