General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to having bad tooth like carious or broken tooth there might be having some infection in root of tooth producing enlarged neck lymph nodes.
This is common as any infection in mouth may lead to enlarged lymph nodes.
Consult dentist and go for tooth treatment.
Afterwards every thing will be alright.
Ok and take care.
