hello. i have a problem with my penis. the tip of the urethra, or the hole at the tip of my penis, is tender. it does not burn when i urinate or ejaculate, it only bothers me, really, when i am walking and the tip of my penis is rubbing against my underwear. can you tell me some possibilities of what is going on?
