What Could The Brownish Discharge After Menopause Be Due To?

I am 57 years old, & have been done with menopause for almost 10 years. I am having a slightly brownish/bloody discharge. Is this something gynocological or could it be some sort of bladder or kidney infection? I feel like I have to urinate more frequently & have a slight crampy feeling.
Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem if you have menopause, and the history of per vaginal discharge then this is not the sign of kidney infection or bladder problem but this could be gynecological problem if this is your complain this need to be examined clinically because in menopause such sign is not to be neglected, hope this information helps you, take care and have good day.
