What Could The Fluid Filled Sore On Anus With Severe Irritation Indicate?

hello i m 18 5 5.5 and 160 i have a hole under my skin near my anus that occasionally fills with fluid and becomes irritating. the hole never seems to heal right under my skin, my skin looks fine but i can feel the hole. its been here for about a year now. what is it?

Hi and welcome to HCM,

This may be due to anal abscess. Consult your doctor. Incision and drainage can be done to remove the fluid. You can take a course of antibiotics along with that.
