What Could The Hard Ridge On The Roof Of Mouth Causing Pain Indicate?
I FEEL A HARD RIDGE IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH. IT HURTS WHEN I EAT. NOT TERRIBLY BUT BOTHERSOME. NO DRAINAGE. NO FEVER. NO OTHER SYMPTOMS. WENT TO DENTIST LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS OK. DID NOT MENTION THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH BECAUSE IT DID NOT BOTHER ME. WHAT IS IT? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Hi, Thanks for posting the query, I would suggest you to take an x-ray of the region this could be due to infection in any nearby tooth, any bony protuberence causing discomfort in the region , any beningn lesion. I would suggest you to visit to a Oral Surgeon and get a second opinion.
Take care!
