Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
You seem to be suffering from following possibilities-Rheumatic
Tendinitis with hand swelling / or could be- Ganglion Cyst / or could be post-traumatic
Thrombophlebitis / or Synovioma-or histiocytoma-a
hamartoma from tendon sheaths/ or could be Rheumatoid Nodules.
The edema in the arm may explain the nerve entrapment
hand numbness.
The fact the arm lifting made the skin lump more prominent, confirms the post-traumatic thrombophlebitis or Ganglion of tendons .
I would suggest
Other causes like -needs to be verified and ruled out.
For this to verify
Second opinion from Orthopedist /Rheumatologist- doctor - would be needed.
Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
