What Could The Persistent Pain On The Lower Left Side Of The Abdomen Be ?

hi, i am 13 years old going on 14 and i have a very dull pain( its hard to describe) in my lower left abdomen/top left of penis in that general area, and it feels like it might be linked with my left testicle, but i cant really tell where it is coming from. if i touch my testicle there is no pain, so i think its up higher. it kinda feels like a tightening feeling. Please help thanks, Anonymous.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
It is possible that you might have some infection in spermatic cord.
You might have urinary infection too.
It is also possible that there may be developing inguinal hernia.
Consult surgeon and take his advice.
ok and bye.
