What Could The Raised Bumps On Skin Be?

Hi, yesterday i noticed a circle of raised red bumps on my leg, it doesn't look like the pictures i've seen of ringworm, it was itchy at first but i didn't scratch it, now its stinging and there are little bruises forming in the same spot and kind of around the little red bumps. Any ideas to what this might be?
