What Could The Whooshing Sound In Chest Be That Is Heard When Body Is Twisted?

when I twist there's a weird whooshing sound from my chest/stomach it doesn't hurt or anything and it's only just started. If i've been sitting and then twist it sounds louder then fades. I read online it could be caused by exhaling but i put my hand in front of my mouth and nose and held my breath and twisted and I still hear it.

In my opinion it is nothing but gastric fundus air. When you twist your stomach also twist slighly. So the air in the stomach gets twisted and makes the sound you described.
