What Could Thick White Vaginal Discharge With Pelvic Pain And Burning Indicate?
I have recently been having a thick white discharge with pelvic pain. No odor. Thought it was a yeast infection except for the constant pain. Mostly by my left ovary. After using my vibrator the last time I felt a burning sensation. I have been tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, both negative. Could I be having an allergic reaction?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be leucorrhea and it can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole, 400 mg" twice in day, for 5 days, no need to worry about this because some time such discharge could be physiological one and may not need any treatment, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
