What Could Tightening Shoulders With Pain In Arm With All Tests Clear Suggest?
I had two EKG's in the last 6 months. Normal. I had an echo. Normal. I had blood work. Normal (blood work done immediately after my syptoms in th ER. I still have tightening esp. in my shoulders and some L arm pain. I just have strange sensations in my chest, tightening shoulders, and sometimes a lump in my throat.

Kindly consult a doctor for detailed examination also get a chest x ray done to rule out any lung problems.
