What Could Tingling Feeling In Clitoris During Urination Indicate?

Hi, so I just noticed this morning when I urinated that I had a strange tingling feeling in my clitoris as soon as I finished urinating. It felt like a mild orgasm. It seemed really strange..just now about five minutes ago I urinated the second time today and I felt this same tingling sensation like a wave of a mild orgasm through my bladder area. And at the end of the urination, I felt the same tingling in my clitoris. Please what do you think this development might be?
