What Could Tingling Feeling Under The Skin Of Foot Indicate?

i feel like there is something moving around under the skin of my foot it feels like a tingle, not pins and needle tingle, just a centralized tingling. its weird. i cant see it, but i think i can feel it with my finger, and when its moving around in there i feel it. i live in Florida s capital, so i feel like the actual chances of getting a parasite or anything is VERY unlikely. what do you think it could be?
