What Could Traction Bronchiectasis And Enlarged Lymph Notes In The Bilateral Lower Paratracheal Region And Prevascular Region Indicate?

my father is 76 years old.having cold and cough for 3 months. in x ray taken lungs have contracted and advised for ct scan.CT scan findings were traction bronchiectasis noted.mild honeycombing in posterior basal segment and extensive subpleural interlobular septal thickening seen in basal segment of bilateral lower lobe In mediastinum - few enlarged lymph notes noted in bilateral lower paratracheal region and prevascular region ,largest measuring 11.8mm in prevascular area. we were asked to AFBsmear test and result was no afb seen . he is not taking food properly and coughing and is very weak. what is probable course of action for him. thank you in advance
