Hello,
You are experiencing tugging pain in the lower abdomen. It may be indicative of intestinal issues like infection or parasitic infestation or
gastritis, GERD, ulcer, etc. It can also be due to enlarged spleen, Crohn's disease, kidney problems,
lead poisoning,
hepatitis or gallstones, PID, fibroid,
endometriosis, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist to detect any ovarian problem, fibroid or endometriosis.
To rule out other medical conditions you should also get a complete medical check up done. Get all required tests and investigations done so that treatment can be started at the earliest. In the meantime you are suggested to take antacids and PPIs to reduce pain due to gastritis. You can also take Spasmol (
spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when required to reduce stomach pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
