But better to rule out heart related diseases like
arrhythmia first. Arrhythmia is disturbance in the rhythm of heart. And when this present, it gives fluttering, vibratory feeling in the lower chest or upper abdomen. And if arrhythmia is present then prompt treatment is needed because it is life-threatening condition.
So better to get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for arrhythmia or other heart diseases.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
