Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 15 year old daughter has a uneven back. When she leans over the lower right side of her spine is noticeably higher than the left. She has no pain or discomfort and otherwise appears well but this does not look right. She does a lot of dance outside of school. We obviously need to book in with the Dr asap to get it looked at but any thoughts on what it could possibly be?
She probably has scoliosis which is a disorder of her spine. It is advisable to get her shown to an Orthopaedician as soon as possible to avoid any further complains like nerve pinching, bowel or bladder disturbances.
