What Could Urge To Frequently Urinate, Light Blood In Urine After Having Sex Indicate?

My boyfriend and I had sexual intercourse on Monday night, and Tuesday night. Now, Wednesday morning I feel like urinating a lot, but nothing comes out. But when something does, it s very light blood. Is this from the birth control I am on, and the start of my period? Or am I pregnant?

Hello
Rubbing against urethra during thrusting motions may stimulate urethra, hence urge to pass urine. it is normal . light blood can be due to periods, or injury during vigorous sex.
