What Could White And Red Blotchy Spots On Skin After Bath Mean?

Hi, after I got out of the shower I got these white redish blotchy spots on my skin. They look like little bites or something. I'm not sure if its the soap I'm using or something else. I'm using a dove body soap. Is this something I should be concerned about?
