Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. Siddartha's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Presence of white balls in the urine may be a sign of urinary tract infection. Please go for complete urine analysis along with culture and sensitivity to rule out urinary tract infection. After the test please meet your gynecologist or physician for the antibiotic course.
Even if your PAP smear is normal, you might get urinary tract infection because both are unrelated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
