What Could White, Itchy Bump On Back Oozing White Pus Indicate?

My mom had a white bump on her back itch a lot when I checked it I thought it was a mole. When I mashed it white puss came out I used alcohol and cotton ball on it and it came loose. There was no red around her skin just white. When I massed it after I got it off her it was all white left a hole in her back and now the hole is cleaned and it left Ber with a red hole

Hello,
It sounds like she had an abscess or a sebaceous cyst. Just watch the area for infection (redness, swelling pus). Some redness will be normal because of the pressure you put on it, but if the redness is increasing or if she develops pain or fever then she should see a doctor right away.
