What Could White Patch With Black Dot In Center In A CT Scan Report 2 Years After Bilateral Lumpectomy Suggest?

I had bilateral lumpectomy for breast cancer one was aggressive. This was followed by 6 weeks of radiation in September 2016 now in 2018 ct shows White patch with black dot in centre . I see oncologist tomorrow after a month on Letrole ( Letrozole) 2.5 mg. I am told this thing is not on bowel. Any thing you can say?

Which part of the CT scan report did you post?

It is difficult to what is the lesion unless you post the report completely.

The radiolucent area surrounded by radiodense area.

It may be an abscess or cyst or tumor or secondary we don't know.

Next time please post completely.
