What Could White Smelly Discharge Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Dear Doctor, I have had unprotected sex 2 weeks from now got only some precum inside. I have been experiencing a white smelly discharge every single day since then, it is not always itchy but it got itchy just for 1 or 2 days and then was not itchy after. I took emergency pill 1 week after unprotected intercourse My period is due in 1- 2 weeks, but I still took a pregnancy test that came as a negative result 3 days ago. So now because of the constant white smelly discharge, I am wondering if I may be pregnant already but got negative test ( white discharge early signs of pregnancy), or if it is just me who is ovulating (white discharge also one sign of ovulation), or have I got any sexually transmitted diseases. I usually get white smelly discharges even when am not sexually active, but now it has been 2 weeks. Thank you.

Thanks for posting your query.

Well among the three possibilities mentioned by you, I am suspecting more of Infection of your genital tract. It could be sexually transmitted or just a general infection.

You need to get examined by a gynecologist to check for infections and if required certain tests for sexually transmitted disease.

As of pregnancy test one negative test doesn't rule out pregnancy. But I recommend you wait till your due period time . If your periods doesn't happen even 7 days after your due period day then repeat the pregnancy test.
