What Could X Ray Showing Black Spots Next To The Liver Indicate?

Hi, I am a 22 year old with a few health issues concerning particulary in an x ray that I had done today, it was a ct scan on my upper right quad. I experience painful bloating after I eat any and every meal. On the x ray pictures it showed by my liver, black spots? Is this bad or concerning? Thank you

Hello. I have gone through your question. These black spots by your liver can be gas under the diaphragm. This can be due to gastrointestinal perforation, most likely due to peptic ulceration of the stomach or duodenum, or possibly colonic perforation. But i need some more information to come to the final diagnosis. Consult your doctor as soon as possible. Thanks and Regards.
