What Cramps And Spotting In Vagina During Pregnancy?

Im 9 weeks pregnant but ever since i found out i was pregnant i have had bad cramps everyday my vagina feels like it needs to push and i have spotted as big as a quarter on and off it just doesnt feel right and i think i should have a abortion it hurts so bad even when im laying down

Hi,

Such bleeding after a confirmed pregnancy needs to be investigated ideally by USG scanning. It can be due to hormone progesterone low levels.
a) When with intact pregnancy..simple hormone supplement would help fetal growth &stop bleeding.
b) In case scan shows nonviable pregnancy it's inevitable abortion and we advise removal of remaining products of conception and complete abortion process by minor surgery. Please consult your gynecologist. Try to have bed rest till the scan is taken.
