What Cure Should Be Taken For Fatigue, Nausea, Joint Pain And Body Pain?
My mother has fatigue, nausea, headache, dizziness, aching joints and body and basically feels terrible. all of her bloods come back normal - she does not have a viral infection or Dengue fever (we live in Thailand). It is very difficult to get a straight answer here as to what the next step should be. she is 73 yrs old

It could be an attack of arthritis or fibromyalgia. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
