What Cuses Failure Of D And C Procedure?
Hello....I went to the Hosp. today for a D& C. When I woke up the nurses told me that all the doctor could do was a pap smear,she could not get by my cervix to my uterus.No D& C was performed....I was told she tried everything,but nothing would work.Why?

Sometimes if your cervix hole is tightly closed then the procedure cannot be done. It is better to not do it than forcefully open your cervix and damage it. Do not worry . You can retry it during your menses at which time the hole is more open of your cervix
