Hello,

It doesn't suggest any deficiency. To give exact comment I need to know your full CBC reports and especially RBC count and HB. Your pcv is high. So it can be secondary erythrocytosis.

But kindly upload your full CBC report to check your other parameters as well to reach up to diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
