Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Please give her semi solid diet, plenty of fluids, fruit juices, vegetable soups.
If possible rice based porridge will be ideal.

I will suggest to give anti emetics- like Ondensetron , anti diarrhea drugs - like Walamycin and for fever - paracetamol - all preferably in syrup form. Of course you will need prescription for the same. Please keep watch on her urine out put. Dark and scanty urine indicates dehydration.

Please do not worry. Things will settle down with treatment.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam
