What Diet Is To Be Followed While Having Gastritis And Hiatal Hernia?

I just had an endoscopy today - It was determined that I have Normal mucosa in the whole examined duodenum & biopsy Erythema, min in the whole stomach compatible with gastritis & biopsy Hiatal Hernia in the cardia Esophageal candidiasis & biopsy What should I be doing as far a diet with this if anything & how worried should I be

Hello,

Your endoscopy having Gastritis with the lower end of oesophagus sphincter lax and having a hernia with Yeast Infection.

So you also check for retroviral status, immunosuppressed status.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. use tablet.Fluconazole once daily for five days. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

If Symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
