Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the medicine you are using are not compatible to the child.the cefoprox can cause diarrhea, and vomiting as a side effect.
The first thing to do is to stop the antibiotic.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, domperidone, dicyclomine hydrochloride, chlorpheneramine, phenylephrine, and loperamide when ever necesory.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
