What Diet Should I Follow After The Operation Of Gall Bladder?
I'm an Indian (West Bengal), 60 years of age, Male, ht-5' 11'', wt- 72 kgs.
On 9/5/2011 Blood Suger detected- 147 (F) and through x-ray osteoarthritis (Knee).
In the last June,2010 gallbladder operated.
Pl suggest me exactly what to do including diet for throughout the day in writing.
